Miss four days and the book becomes a record of failure that you then avoid, which is how a fifty-dollar planner ends up in a drawer in March.
This one is built around the opposite assumption: that you will use it hard for a stretch, drop it, and come back. Everything is undated, every page is short, and nothing breaks if you skip a week.
What’s inside
- Yearly calendar pages, undated, for the handful of dates that actually need to live somewhere permanent
- Monthly overview pages
- Weekly layouts in two versions — one time-blocked, one list-based — because people split hard on which they can stand
- Daily pages with three priorities, not fifteen
- Brain dump pages for getting everything out of your head before you sort it
- Task triage sheets — a simple pass for sorting a dump into today, this week, and not now
- Routine builders for morning and evening
- Habit trackers built in short runs rather than full months
- Project breakdown pages for splitting one large vague thing into actual next steps
- Waiting on and follow up pages, for the things that stall out because they depend on somebody else
The design choices
Three deliberate ones, and they are the reason it works when other planners have not:
Undated throughout. No wasted pages, no guilt from a gap.
Short daily pages. Whitespace on a planner page reads as an unfinished task. Less space to fill means the page actually gets finished.
Print only what you use. You are not committing to a bound book. Find the two layouts that fit and print those.
A note on scope
This is an organizational planner. It makes no clinical claims and is not a treatment, therapy, or coaching tool.
Formats and printing
US Letter and A4, standard and fillable. Because it is undated and print-what-you-need, a three-ring binder or a discbound cover works better than spiral binding here.
Questions
Is it dated?
No. Everything is undated, which means a gap does not create a stack of blank pages you feel bad about. Print more of whichever page you use and skip the rest.
Why are the daily pages so short?
Because long ones do not get filled in. Each day has three priorities and a small amount of space, so finishing a page is realistic on an ordinary day.
Can I print only the pages I want?
That is the intended way to use it. Most people find two or three layouts that work and print those in batches.
Is this a treatment tool?
No. It is a planner. It is an organizational system, not therapy, coaching, or clinical guidance of any kind.
