Pregnancy generates two completely different kinds of paper. There is the sentimental kind — the first ultrasound, the week you felt movement, the name list you kept changing. And there is the administrative kind — appointment dates, test results, questions you meant to ask and forgot, a registry, a hospital bag.

Most products pick one and ignore the other. This one carries both, interleaved, so you are keeping one book instead of two.

What’s inside

  • Week-by-week pages from week four to week forty-two, with space for how you felt, what changed, and a photo
  • Appointment log — date, provider, what was discussed, what comes next
  • Questions for my provider pages, so they are written down before you are in the room
  • Symptom and energy tracker
  • Name lists, with columns for both partners’ opinions
  • Registry planning pages by category
  • Nursery planning and setup checklist
  • Hospital bag checklist for you, your partner, and the baby
  • Birth preferences summary page
  • Letters to the baby pages

Who it’s for

First-time parents mostly, though the trackers hold up fine for a second or third pregnancy when you already know the routine and just want the appointments in one place.

A note on scope

This is a journal and organizer. It does not include medical guidance, symptom interpretation, or advice about what is normal. Anything health-related belongs with your provider.

Formats and printing

Four files — US Letter and A4, standard and fillable. At sixty-plus pages this is the one most people take to a print shop and have spiral bound, though a three-ring binder works just as well and lets you add pages.

Pairs with

The birth plan template picks up around week thirty-two, and the postpartum journal covers the first months after.

Questions

Is this a journal or a planner?

Both, which is the point. The week-by-week pages are the keepsake side, and the appointment logs, question lists and checklists are the practical side. They are interleaved so you are not keeping two separate books.

What week does it start at?

There are pages from week four through week forty-two. If you are starting later, just begin at your current week — nothing earlier is required.

Can I print just part of it?

Yes. Plenty of people print the week-by-week pages for a binder and keep the trackers fillable on a laptop.

Does it include a birth plan?

There is a short preferences page. If you want the full version with worksheets, that is the separate birth plan template.

These pages are organizational worksheets. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for guidance from your own healthcare provider.
